The PAEDIATRIC-Biome test is a comprehensive stool analysis designed to assess the gut microbiome, digestive function and gastrointestinal health of children and adolescents aged 3–17 years. The gut microbiome plays an important role in digestion, immune regulation, nutrient metabolism, gut barrier integrity and inflammatory balance during childhood and adolescence.This advanced panel uses shotgun metagenomic sequencing alongside functional gastrointestinal and biochemical markers to provide a detailed picture of microbial balance and gut function.
